Notification regarding the Ministry of Education's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's recruitment of seconded teachers for the 112 academic year to handle matters related to teachers who are unfit for their positions.

Details:
1. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (hereinafter referred to as the "Department") letter dated July 18, 112, Ref. No. 1120096048, and the "Principles for Seconding Teachers from Public Secondary Schools and Kindergartens to the Ministry of Education and its Affiliated Agencies" (hereinafter referred to as the "Secondment Principles").

2. To handle the aforementioned matters, the Department plans to second teachers from public secondary schools to the Department for the 112 academic year. The job content and qualifications are as follows:
(1) Teacher Qualifications:
1. Full-time teachers with established positions in public secondary schools (excluding remote, outlying islands, indigenous areas, and schools with a total of 12 classes or fewer).
2. Must have at least 3 years of teaching experience and possess relevant educational administration knowledge, professional expertise, and practical experience.
3. Must be proficient in operating common computer software.
4. Familiarity with matters concerning unfit teachers is preferred.
(2) Secondment Period: From August 1, 112, to July 31, 113.
(3) Service Location: Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (No. 738-4, Zhongzheng Road, Wufeng District, Taichung City).
(4) Duties: Matters related to teachers who are unfit for their positions.
(5) Other matters shall be handled in accordance with the Secondment Principles and relevant regulations.
