| II. | The target audience for the 112th (2023) manga category is students from junior high school and below (including junior high). The target audience for the short film category is currently enrolled students in senior high (vocational) and university (college). |
| III. | The submission period for this year's competition is from September 1 to October 10, 112 (2023).
