| 1. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's Department of Secondary Education's letter dated July 24, 112 (2023), Ref: Tai Jiao Guo Shu Xue Zi Di 1120095580. |
| 2. | The Yuxiu Education Foundation has been promoting "Food and Agriculture Education" for a long time, enhancing children's and adolescents' abilities in "cooking with their own hands and eating healthily." This year, in collaboration with the Food Industry Research and Development Institute, a national culinary competition is being held, including pasta dishes, rice dishes, and Chinese dim sum. |
| 3. | Event details are as follows: |
| (1) | Competition Theme: Little Master Chef's Signature Dish. |
| (2) | Participants: Children and adolescents aged 8 to 15 from elementary and junior high schools across Taiwan who enjoy cooking and creating dishes. Each team consists of 2 main chefs. |
| (3) | Competition Categories: |
| 1. | Creative Pasta Competition Category: Dumplings + Chinese Dim Sum. |
| 2. | Creative Rice Competition Category: Fried Rice or Oil Rice + Chinese Dim Sum. |
| (4) | Schedule: The deadline for preliminary written submissions is from now until October 31, 112 (Tuesday) at 5:00 PM. The finals and awards ceremony will be held on December 9, 112 (Saturday) at the Food Industry Research and Development Institute for on-site practical cooking. |
| (5) | Competition Prizes: Scholarships ranging from NT$1,500 to NT$6,000, medals, certificates, and travel and accommodation subsidies for the champion, runner-up, third place, and honorable mentions. |
