| 1. | In accordance with the "Taoyuan City Government Regulations for Subsidizing Indigenous Youth Academic Tutoring Fees." |
| 2. | Eligibility: Indigenous students who have been registered residents of this city for more than four months and are currently enrolled in public or private junior high schools, senior high schools, or vocational high schools. Those who have participated in tutoring classes at registered tutoring centers (excluding talent classes) between September 1st of the previous year and August 31st of the current year, prior to the application date. |
| 3. | Eligible Recipients and Amounts: |
| (1) | Priority subsidy will be given to low-income or middle-low-income households listed by the City Government's Social Affairs Bureau for the current year. A maximum of two individuals per household will be subsidized, with an annual subsidy of NT$8,000 per person. |
| (2) | For households that are not low-income or middle-low-income, a maximum of two individuals per household will be subsidized, with an annual subsidy of NT$5,000 per person. |
| 4. | Application Procedures and Deadline: |
| (1) | Eligible applicants should submit their application materials to their attending school for preliminary review within the application period. |
| (2) | Application Period: September 1, 2023, to September 30, 2023. |
| (3) | Application Documents: |
| 1. | Application form. |
| 2. | Certificate of attendance at a tutoring center and receipt. |
| 3. | Receipt and a photocopy of the cover of the postal or bank account. |
| 4. | Proof of enrollment issued by the school. |
| 5. | Certificate of low-income or middle-low-income status issued by the district office. Exempt for those not classified as such. |
| 6. | To facilitate verification of the student's indigenous status, please submit a household registration transcript or household register. |
| (4) | Schools receiving applications should compile the application documents and submit them with the "List of Applying Students" to our bureau for review by October 20, 2023 (Friday). The postmark will be the basis for timeliness; late submissions will not be accepted (Recipient: Taoyuan City Government Indigenous Peoples Commission). |
