Taoyuan City 2023 World Hakka Expo Municipal Elementary, Junior High, Senior High Schools, Kindergartens, and School-Affiliated Kindergartens Field Trip Activities

Subject: Regarding the entrustment of Renhe Elementary School in Daxi District, Taoyuan City, to organize the "Taoyuan City 2023 World Hakka Expo Municipal Junior High Schools, Elementary Schools, Kindergartens, and School-Affiliated Kindergartens Field Trip Activities." We encourage enthusiastic participation. Please be informed.
Details:  
1. In accordance with the Bureau's letter dated April 21, 112 (2023), document number 1120031680.
2. To coordinate with the 2023 World Hakka Expo in Taoyuan, the Bureau will subsidize municipal junior high schools, elementary schools, kindergartens, and school-affiliated kindergartens in Taoyuan City for field trip-related expenses. This encourages participation in the World Hakka Expo activities, broadening students' horizons, deepening their understanding of Hakka culture, and allowing them to learn about the cultural creativity and innovation of Taiwanese Hakka people in a free and democratic environment.
3. The details of the aforementioned activities are as follows (refer to the implementation plan for further information):
(1) Activity Period: Thursday, September 14, 112 (2023) to Friday, October 13, 112 (2023).
(2) Registration Period: From now until 4:00 PM on Monday, September 4, 112 (2023).
(3) Target Audience: Teachers and students of municipal junior high schools, elementary schools, kindergartens, and school-affiliated kindergartens in Taoyuan City.
(4) Registration Website: http://hakka.rhps.tyc.edu.tw. Admissions will be based on the order of online reservation registration. Slots are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. (Submit one form per bus trip; if applying for 5 bus trips, please submit 5 forms).
(5) Subsidy Method: This program subsidizes activity fees, with each bus trip serving as a subsidy unit. Each bus trip will be subsidized NT$7,000. Each bus trip requires at least 30 teachers and students to participate. The number of subsidized bus trips will be determined by the number of classes in the school. The activity fees can be used for transportation, student insurance, and meal expenses (for both teachers and students). Any remaining costs must be covered by the respective schools.
