轉知有關中央選舉委員會有關宣導「總統副總統選舉罷免法」及「公職人員選舉罷免法」修正條文一案。
說明：
一、依據中央選舉委員會112年8月2日中選綜字第1123050283號函辦理。
二、為貫徹掃除黑金、防杜境外勢力、深偽影音介入選舉，建立優質選舉環境，112年6月9日修正公布之「總統副總統選舉罷免法」及「公職人員選舉罷免法」，將適用於第16任總統副總統及第11屆立法委員選舉。中央選舉委員會特於該會網站建置「112年選罷法修法專區」（https://web.cec.gov.tw/amendment112），整理民眾、政黨及候選人、選務人員應注意規定，並製作修法重點條文內容圖卡。
三、檢送112年選罷法修法重點條文內容圖卡1份。
