Instructions for filling out Taoyuan Junior High School's online Form A

( For 8th graders, if your information has not changed (remember to update height and weight, you can use the "Copy previous semester's data" option to complete it))

Students should log in online and fill it out together with their parents.

Instructions:

Step 1: Connect to the "Taoyuan City Education Development Resource Portal"

• https://drp.tyc.edu.tw/TYDRP/Index.aspx   
• If using a mobile phone or tablet, please set the browser to "Desktop Website Version" first to fill it out successfully.
• Please try to use a computer to fill it out. Remember to click "Submit" in the upper right corner. It is considered complete when "Save and Upload Successful" is displayed.
• Please log in again to check if the data is still there to confirm successful completion.
• Please adjust the resolution to 1028*768 to fill it out normally..

Step 2: Click on [Student OpenID Login] in the menu on the right side of the webpage.->[Student Login]

Step 3: Click to (fill in) the following information.

• 14. 1. School District: Taoyuan District
      2. School: Taoyuan Municipal Junior High School
      3. Last four digits of ID card: XXXX
      4. Password: (8 digits of Gregorian calendar birthday, e.g., 20090531)
  15. Click on [Parent-Teacher Interaction].->[Student Affairs Zone]->[Counseling Office Interaction Area]->[Fill in Counseling Record (A)]
  15. Fill in the relevant information. (7th and 8th graders fill in items 1 to 6. Only 9th graders need to fill in the last three items.)
  15. After filling in, click [Submit] to complete Counseling Record Form A.
• If you cannot complete the online filling due to home equipment limitations, please use the public computers at school or seek assistance from the data group in the counseling office.
• Please complete the online filling withinone month of the start of the semester.Homeroom teachers can assist students in filling it out through the cloud student affairs system (the same interface as the online Form B).
