| I. | In accordance with the Implementation Guidelines for the 112th Academic Year National Student Dance Competition. |
| II. | The revised items in the City Guidelines are as follows: |
| (1) | Article 4, Paragraph 3, Subparagraph (1), Item 4: Revised to "Participants who participate in experimental education in accordance with the "Regulations on the Implementation of School-Based Experimental Education", the "Regulations on Entrusting Private Entities to Operate Experimental Education in Public Senior High Schools and Below", and the "Regulations on the Implementation of Non-School-Based Experimental Education at the Senior High School and Below Education Level". |
| (2) | Article 4, Paragraph 3, Subparagraph (6): Revised to "... (Note: Group categories will use the scores from the 110th and 111th academic years; individual categories will be implemented starting from the 113th academic year)." |
| (3) | Article 6, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph (1): Restored to "Category A: Limited to 31 to 75 people." |
| (4) | Article 9, Paragraph 4, Subparagraph (2): Revised to "Rehearsal for group categories A, B, and C at all levels: The registration for rehearsals is canceled for the 112th academic year and replaced with stage blocking before the competition. Please refer to Attachment 2, "Taoyuan City 112th Academic Year Student Dance Competition Stage Blocking Instructions," for related matters." |
| (5) | Article 11, Paragraph 11: Revised to "The program description or synopsis may be printed by the participating unit or individual in 7 copies, ...." |
| (6) | Attachment 2, Paragraph 1: Revised to "The registration for rehearsals is canceled for the 112th academic year and replaced with stage blocking before the competition." |
| (7) | Attachment 2, Paragraph 2: Revised to "..., stage blocking before the competition for categories B and C is 3 minutes (4 minutes for children's dance), and for category A is 6 minutes (7 minutes for children's dance). The organizer will arrange the schedule in advance. Please refer to the on-site [Live Competition] for the actual competition situation." |
| (8) | Attachment 2, Paragraph 9: Revised to "For group categories, a bell will ring 10 seconds before the end of the stage blocking time to signal departure. Please evacuate the stage immediately under the guidance of the staff and prepare for the official competition." |
| (9) | Attachment 3, Paragraph 2: Revised to "... If the scores are still tied, the ranking will be determined by the scores of the 7 judges." |
| (10) | Attachment 5, Paragraph 15: Revised to "...; however, children's dance is limited to 12 people (performers are not included in the count); non-dancers in grade 2 and below in elementary school are prohibited from accompanying." |
| III. | Key details of the aforementioned competition are summarized as follows: |
| (1) | Competition Venue: Zhongli Commercial High School Auditorium, Taoyuan City (Address: No. 100, Lane 141, Section 2, Central West Road, Zhongli District, Taoyuan City). |
| (2) | Competition Dates: From November 17 (Friday) to November 19 (Sunday), 112th academic year, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The schedule will proceed from Zone 1 to Zone 2. |
| (3) | Registration Period: From October 11 (Wednesday) to October 17 (Tuesday), 112th academic year. |
| (4) | Registration Method: |
| 1. | Online Registration: Please visit the National Student Dance Competition Information Website (https://studentdance.perdc.ntnu.edu.tw/) to complete the registration data. Then, print 4 copies of the paper registration form (including the participant list) online. After stamping with the school seal (for group categories) or the registration office stamp (for individual categories), submit 2 copies to the city organizer and keep 2 copies for yourself (to be brought to the city and final competitions for check-in and verification). Participants who do not register will not be allowed to compete. |
| 2. | Mail Registration Form: Before October 17 (Tuesday) (postmark as proof), mail the paper form via registered mail to Fudan Elementary School, Pingzhen District, Taoyuan City (Address: No. 1, Guangping Street, Pingzhen District, Taoyuan City, 32447, Attn: Special Education Group, Counseling Office, Phone: 03-4917491 ext. 611, 610). This completes the registration process. Late submissions will not be accepted. |
| (5) | Drawing and Team Leader Meeting: |
| 1. | Date: November 1, 112th academic year (Wednesday) at 1:30 PM. Participants who arrive late will have their names drawn by the organizer in a public drawing, and no objections will be accepted. Once the drawing is completed, no changes to the list will be allowed. |
| 2. | Location: 6th Floor Lecture Hall, Zhidào Building, Zhongli Commercial High School, Taoyuan City. No separate notification will be issued. |
| 3. | The drawing will take place after the team leader meeting. All participating schools must send representatives to attend to avoid forfeiting their rights. |
| IV. | The registration process for this competition involves important rights for students and the opportunity to represent the nation. Therefore, please ensure that your school disseminates the competition information to students and parents through communication logs or notices, and does not rely solely on online announcements or bulletin boards, to protect students' rights. |
| V. | In accordance with Article 12 of the City Guidelines, all competitors (students), team staff, and event staff participating in this competition shall be granted official (business) leave by their respective schools or organizations. The Bureau will not issue separate leave certificates or attendance certificates. |
| VI. | The City Guidelines can be downloaded from the National Student Dance Competition Information Website (https://studentdance.perdc.ntnu.edu.tw/). |
