| 2. | To actively promote youth engagement in new-generation street dance culture, provide a platform for exchange and learning for young people who love street dance, and publicize the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, which was amended and promulgated on February 15, 112 (2023), this competition is organized to encourage youth to showcase their creativity in rejecting smoking and their attitudes towards it. |

| 2. | Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced on the center's official website at 3:00 PM on November 10, 112 (2023) (Friday). |
| 3. | Award Ceremony Date: The award ceremony will be held on November 26, 112 (2023) (Sunday). The specific time will be announced later. |
| (2) | Target Audience: |
| 1. | High School/Vocational Group: Limited to current high school/vocational students (including homeschoolers). |
| 2. | Junior High/Elementary School Group: Limited to current junior high/elementary school students (including homeschoolers). Parents and teachers can participate together. |
| (3) | Registration Method: Online registration at https://tcydallforyoung.com/dance30/, with online submission of entries. |
| (4) | Performance Duration: The length of the submitted video must be between 30 and 60 seconds. |
| (5) | Dance (Music) Style and Costume: No restrictions. |
| (6) | Competition Theme: "Rejecting Tobacco Hazards, Building Dreams with Passionate Youth" |
| (7) | Prizes: (High School/Vocational Group / Junior High/Elementary School Group, 2 groups in total) |
| 1. | First Place: NT$10,000 prize money, AIRWALK brand gift package valued at NT$4,000, and a certificate for each winner. |
| 2. | Second Place: NT$8,000 prize money, AIRWALK brand gift package valued at NT$3,000, and a certificate for each winner. |
| 3. | Third Place: NT$5,000 prize money, AIRWALK brand gift package valued at NT$2,000, and a certificate for each winner. |
| 4. | Excellence Award (2 groups): NT$3,000 prize money, AIRWALK brand gift package valued at NT$1,000, and a certificate for each winner. |
