| 1. | In accordance with the Ministry of Justice's letter No. 11211508600 dated August 17, 112. |
| 2. | The aforementioned activity is a competition jointly organized by the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Education since 97. The purpose is to promote the concept of understanding and abiding by the law among junior high school and high school (including the first, second, and third grades of five-year junior colleges) students nationwide by utilizing the "National Legal Database." It also aims to encourage junior high school and high school (including five-year junior colleges) teachers nationwide to creatively integrate the resources of the "National Legal Database" into their teaching. The details of this year's 2 competition activities are as follows: |
| (1) | Legal Knowledge King Online Challenge Competition: |
| 1. | Target Audience: Junior high school and high school students (including the first, second, and third grades of five-year junior colleges) nationwide (divided into junior high school student group and high school student group). |
| 2. | Competition Format: Two stages of competition, including online preliminary rounds and on-site finals. |
| 3. | Online Preliminary Round: From August 18, 112, to October 25, 112. |
| (2) | National Legal Database Creative Teaching Competition: |
| 1. | Target Audience: Junior high school and high school teachers nationwide (including part-time teachers, substitute teachers, intern teachers, and school police officers) (divided into junior high school group and high school group). |
| 2. | Competition Format: Design lesson plans that integrate legal education-related topics using the "National Legal Database." The themes for this year's lesson plan selection are as follows: |
| (1) | Human Rights, Rule of Law, and Gender Equality Issues. |
| (2) | Major Legal Amendment Issues. |
| (3) | Information and Network Security Issues. |
| (4) | Other Issues Related to Legal Education. |
| 3. | Registration Period: From August 18, 112, to October 5, 112. |
