| 1. | In accordance with the "Implementation Guidelines for the Taiwan Sunshine Care Association Educational Scholarship by the Taoyuan City Government Education Bureau." |
| 2. | Eligibility: Students enrolled in primary, secondary, or high schools in this city who meet one of the following conditions may apply for this scholarship: |
| (1) | Students who require emergency assistance due to accidental injuries or illnesses. |
| (2) | Students who require assistance due to sudden loss of support. |
| (3) | Students who require assistance due to financial hardship. |
| 3. | Application Method: Students who meet the application criteria should submit the application form and other relevant documents to their school. |
| 4. | Schools are requested to conduct an initial review and mail the relevant documents by registered mail (postmark as proof) to Director Ou Yu-cheng at Dazhu Elementary School (No. 556, Dazhu Rd., Luzhu Dist., Taoyuan City 33847, please write "Sunshine Scholarship" on the envelope) before October 4 of this year. Late or individual applications will not be accepted. |
| 5. | This scholarship is processed annually. If there are urgent or special reasons preventing application within the application period, a temporary application may be submitted to Dazhu Elementary School. |

| 7. | According to the "Implementation Guidelines for the Taiwan Sunshine Care Association Educational Scholarship by the Taoyuan City Government Education Bureau," the beneficiaries are students who meet the eligibility criteria and are enrolled in primary, secondary, or high schools in this city. Schools are requested to assess the student's specific needs for their studies or living expenses, which are beyond the school's educational savings or the bureau's ability to provide assistance, and to explain the specific needs of the student (such as the item and amount of the application) in the "Teacher's Additional Comments" section of the application form to ensure that the scholarship is used for the student's benefit. |
| 8. | Schools wishing to apply are requested to first review the implementation plan, inform eligible students to apply, and conduct a thorough internal review to achieve the purpose of this scholarship. |
| 9. | Attached are the "Implementation Guidelines for the Taiwan Sunshine Care Association Educational Scholarship by the Taoyuan City Government Education Bureau," application form, personal data protection consent form, self-assessment checklist, and implementation plan, each in one copy. |
