| Subject: | Regarding our foundation's scholarships for the 112 academic year, applications are now being accepted. Please submit the application documents to our foundation by October 2, 112 (postmark date). Late submissions will not be accepted. For application-related information and forms, please visit our foundation's "Scholarship Announcement Information Network (https://scholarshipinfo.moe.edu.tw/)" for review and download. Please acknowledge and inform relevant parties. |

| I. | In accordance with the resolution of the 11th Board of Directors and Supervisors Joint Meeting, 6th session (our foundation's 91st session) held on July 17, 112, and our foundation's "Regulations for Accepting Donations and Issuing Scholarships" (hereinafter referred to as "Regulations"). |
| II. | Please inform students at your school who meet the application criteria for our foundation's 112 academic year scholarships to download and complete the 112 academic year scholarship application form from the aforementioned website. Please attach relevant supporting documents (if applying for scholarship items from the "Gratitude Social Welfare Foundation," please use their specific form) and submit them to the school. Graduating students or transfer students should apply through their graduating or transferring school. |
| III. | Schools are requested to review applications objectively and fairly. For scholarship items designated for specific schools, please select the top students. For items not designated for specific schools, please select the top three according to the aforementioned Regulations. Our foundation will disqualify applications from schools that recommend more than the allowed number, so please be mindful to avoid affecting students' rights. |
| IV. | In addition to checking the "School Preliminary Review" column, signing, and affixing the school's seal on the proposed recommendation application form, and submitting it to our foundation with supporting documents before the aforementioned deadline, please also email the consolidated electronic file of the application list (please do not change the fields or format) to dsfmoe@mail.moe.gov.tw (please indicate in the email subject: Application List - XX University). |
| V. | Our foundation will not send separate confirmations after receiving applications. The list of subsequent awardees will be announced on our foundation's webpage and communicated to the schools. |
| VI. | The number of scholarships and quotas offered by our foundation depends on donation status and fund interest, and is not fixed annually. Please recommend students prudently and do not make any prior commitments. |
| VII. | Each student may apply for a maximum of 2 scholarships and will be awarded a maximum of 1. Students who have already received scholarships with the same eligibility criteria as these Regulations may not reapply for our foundation's scholarships. Students receiving public funding (military funding) and those in executive programs are also not eligible to apply. |
