| Explanation: |
| I. | This is handled in accordance with the "112th Year, August 15th, Guoli Dahou Agricultural and Industrial Vocational High School, Hu Nong Gong Xue Chan Zi No. 1120006077" letter and the "Ministry of Education School Industry Fund Subsidy Program for Training Disadvantaged Students with Special Talents Implementation Guidelines" (hereinafter referred to as these Guidelines). |
| II. | The subsidy period,対象, application items, application methods, and required written materials for this program are as follows: |
| (1) | Subsidy Period: |
| 1. | For cases executed throughout the year, with an execution period from January 1st to November 30th, 113th year, applications should be submitted between September 10th and October 9th, 112th year (projects that have already received 1st batch subsidies are not eligible to apply for the 2nd batch of the same year). |
| 2. | Target students for training disadvantaged students with special talents: students from low-income households, students from extremely low-income households, and students with disabilities and indigenous students whose families are in financial distress as determined by school site visits. |
| (2) | Application Items and Restrictions: |
| 1. | For training programs for disadvantaged students with special talents in sports, music, arts, and dance submitted by each school, the provisions of Article 6, Paragraph 1 of these Guidelines should be followed: "For each application, partial subsidy is the general principle; for special talent competitions, according to the competition items of each category, each school's team in each competition category is limited to one application per year; for individual special talent training, each disadvantaged student is limited to one application per year." Furthermore, each individual special talent training program should be for 1 student. If there are 2 or more students, please submit separate applications. |
| 2. | For the "Specialty Items" in this case, please refer to the attached file or the announcement on the website in Explanation III. |
| 3. | Projects that have already received subsidies from other government agencies will not be subsidized. Please do not apply. |
| (3) | Application Method: Online submission and mailing of written materials (schools under the jurisdiction of municipalities and counties must submit paper materials through the municipalities and counties). Please log in to the following website to fill in and download the written application materials: https://www.thvs.mlc.edu.tw/. |
| (4) | Required Written Materials: |
| 1. | Written Application Format: Application form, budget estimate table, project proposal (including complete lesson schedule format), list of professional instructors, student roster, catalog of student specialty certifications, and letter of commitment (3 original copies of each of the above documents, arranged in order). |
| 2. | Supporting Documents: Photocopies of the academic and professional background and relevant certifications of professional instructors (for the validity of coach certifications for sports specialty instructors, in accordance with Article 9-1 of the "Regulations on the Qualification and Management of Sports Coaches Established by Specific Sports Organizations" set by the Ministry of Education Sports Administration, if the validity expires, attention should be paid to applying for an extension or reissuance of the coach certification at various levels stipulated in the regulations by December 31st, 114th year, based on the original level of the coach certification obtained, to the specific sports organization). Photocopies of student specialty certification documents (1 copy of each of the above documents). |
| 3. | After the above materials are compiled and stamped, please secure them with paper clips or binder clips. Do not staple them to facilitate compilation by the staff. |

| IV. | Schools wishing to apply must complete the online submission within the deadline and mail the aforementioned written materials to this bureau before September 30th of this year (112th year) (late submissions or incomplete materials will be considered as missing and will forfeit the review qualification). Please mark the envelope "Application for the 113th Year, 1st Batch of Ministry of Education School Industry Fund Subsidy Program for Training Disadvantaged Students with Special Talents." The bureau will first review the completeness of the application cases, and after compilation, will send them by registered mail to Dahou Agricultural and Industrial Vocational High School for review (the postmark will be the basis for the receipt deadline). |
| V. | Attached are the application form, budget estimate table, project proposal, list of professional instructors, student roster, catalog of specialty certifications, letter of commitment, copyright license agreement, specialty items table, implementation guidelines, and site visit and guidance record form, each with one copy for your reference. |
