| 1. | Based on the implementation plan for the 112th academic year "Menstrual Education and Gender Equality Education" Painting Competition in our city. |
| 2. | This initiative aims to enhance the concepts, attitudes, and skills of menstrual education and gender equality education among teachers and students throughout the city through artistic competitions. It also seeks to cultivate core competencies in comprehensive menstrual education and gender equality education for all teachers and students, thereby eliminating gender discrimination and fostering a caring and friendly campus atmosphere. |
| 3. | Information regarding this initiative is as follows: |
| (1) | Categories: Lower elementary grades, Upper elementary grades, Junior high school, and Senior high school. |
| (2) | Awards for Participating Students: |
| 1. | First Place (1 winner per category, 4 winners in total): Certificate of Award and a gift certificate of NT$1,200. |
| 2. | Second Place (2 winners per category, 8 winners in total): Certificate of Award and a gift certificate of NT$1,000. |
| 3. | Third Place (3 winners per category, 12 winners in total): Certificate of Award and a gift certificate of NT$800. |
| 4. | Honorable Mention (5 winners per category, 20 winners in total): Certificate of Award and a gift certificate of NT$500. |
| (3) | Awards for Supervising Teachers: In accordance with the "Appendix 2: Awards for Cultural and Educational Activities and Competition Activities" of the "Regulations for Commendation and Punishment of Staff and Teachers in Municipal Schools and Kindergartens" revised by our city government on July 20, 110, for guiding various cultural and educational competitions and activities, the first place will receive 2 commendations, the second place will receive 1 commendation, the third place will receive a certificate of award, and honorable mention will receive a certificate of award. |
| (4) | Submission Period: From October 12, 112 (Thursday) to November 16, 112 (Thursday) (postmark date applies). |
| (5) | Artwork Exhibition: Award-winning works will be exhibited at related events such as the Health Promotion School Achievement Exhibition organized by the Ministry of Education. |
| 4. | For those interested in participating, please affix the registration form to the lower right corner of the back of your artwork and submit it in person or by mail along with the original signed copyright transfer consent form to the Counseling Office of Xiayun Elementary School, Taoyuan City (Address: No. 151, Lane 6, Xiayun Village, Fuxing District, Taoyuan City, 33643) by November 16, 112 (Thursday). Please indicate "Promoting Menstrual Education and Gender Equality Education" Painting Competition on the envelope. |
