| I. | In accordance with the letter from the Health Bureau of our city, No. 1120086214, dated September 5, 112. |
| II. | The subsidy recipients for the aforementioned plan are adjusted as follows: |
| (1) | Women aged 25 to 40 (once in a lifetime) who are registered in this city (or their spouse). |
| (2) | The egg retrieval treatment in the current year will not be subsidized by the Ministry of Health and Welfare's "In Vitro Fertilization (commonly known as IVF) Assisted Reproduction Technology Subsidy Program". |
| III. | Information on the aforementioned plan is announced on the website of the Health Bureau of our city (Homepage - Business Information - Health Promotion Services - Taoyuan City Egg Freezing Nutrition Subsidy Plan). Please assist your school in announcing and promoting it. |
