| I. | Based on the Hualien County Government's letter dated August 25, 112 (2023), document number 1120172790A. |
| II. | In order to encourage students to actively explore local humanities, history, natural geography, marine environment, and multicultural integration, to appreciate the beauty of Hualien's culture, and to foster a sense of local belonging and cultivate local cultural understanding, strengthen respect for the natural environment and inclusive thinking, the Hualien County Government is specially organizing the aforementioned competition. |
| III. | The relevant information for the aforementioned competition is as follows: |
| (1) | Participants: National primary and secondary school students (based on the 112th academic year enrollment). |
| (2) | Registration Period: From now until September 28, 112 (Thursday) at 12:00 PM. |
| (3) | Event Website and Registration System: https://student.hlc.edu.tw. |
| (4) | Event Schedule: |
| 1. | Announcement of Finalists: October 12, 112 (Thursday). |
| 2. | Final Review (Championship): October 28, 112 (Saturday) and October 29, 112 (Sunday). |
| 3. | Award Ceremony and Achievement Exhibition: December 6, 112 (Wednesday). |
| (5) | Subsidy Items: For participating teams from outside Hualien County, after completing the competition registration and uploading materials, the first 25 teams selected for the final review (championship) will be subsidized by the Hualien County Government for accommodation and transportation expenses (reimbursed based on actual costs). |
