| I. | This is in accordance with the Yunlin County Government's letter No. 1122443146 dated September 13, 112, and our bureau's letter No. 1120055610 dated June 15, 112 (received). |
| II. | The relevant information for this program is as follows: |
| (1) | Eligibility: Children of Yunlin natives (students themselves or their parents/grandparents) who are currently enrolled in public or private junior high schools and vocational high schools (including 5-year junior colleges) in their first year (students advancing to the second year in the 112 academic year), with excellent academic performance or from needy families. |
| (2) | Number of Scholarships and Application Requirements: |
| 1. | Elite Student Group: 50 for junior high, 50 for high school/vocational. Overall academic average of 85 or above (no subject below 70), and no disciplinary actions above a demerit. |
| 2. | Needy Student Group: 100 for junior high, 100 for high school/vocational. Overall academic average of 65 or above for junior high, 60 or above for high school/vocational, and no disciplinary actions above a demerit. |
| (3) | Scholarship Amount: NT$10,000 per person per year, totaling NT$30,000 for three years. |
| (4) | Required Documents: Scholarship application form, copies of ID card and household registration, proof of enrollment or student ID copy, transcript for the previous/current semester, proof of low-income or middle-low-income household, special supporting documents, and personal growth/career plan. Please sign and stamp copies as "True copy of the original." |
| (5) | Application Period: From now until September 25, 112 (Monday). Please submit or mail the above documents via registered mail to the Yunlin Compatriot Cultural and Educational Foundation (3F-6, No. 18, Zhongzheng North Road, Sanchong District, New Taipei City 24141) for review. |
