The Civil Service Development Institute (hereinafter referred to as the Institute) is holding the 113th "Book of the Month" online voting event for civil servants. Please actively participate in the online voting for excellent books.

Details:
1. In accordance with the Institute's official letter No. 1120800159 dated October 11, 112, and with a copy of the original letter (including attachments) attached.

2. To promote a reading culture and gather diverse opinions, the Institute has incorporated an "online voting" mechanism into the selection of "Book of the Month" for civil servants, inviting civil servants to vote for the final selected books from two major categories.

3. The online voting event details are as follows:
(1) Voting period: From October 11, 112 (Wednesday) to November 5, 112 (Sunday) at 24:00.
(2) Participants: Civil servants.
(3) Event link: https://gov.tw/vB5.
(4) Voting method: There are 12 books in each of the two major categories, "Public Policy and Management Competencies" and "Self-Development and Humanistic Care." You can select 1 to 6 votes in each category.
(5) Rewards: 50 winners will be randomly selected by computer from all participants in the voting event. Each winner will receive one copy of the "Book of the Month" with the highest number of votes. The results of the lucky draw are scheduled to be announced on the Institute's official website on November 21, 112 (Tuesday).
