| Subject: | To implement the research project of our institute, "Proposal for the Positioning, Function, and Framework of General Subject Curricula in National Education," an online questionnaire survey will be conducted. We kindly request that you inform teachers at your school to actively participate. Please be informed. |

| 1. | The purpose of the aforementioned research project is to reconstruct the positioning, function, and organizational framework of general subject curricula, and to lay the foundation for the next phase of curriculum revision. To comprehensively and effectively collect the views of in-service teachers from all educational stages of the 12-year basic education on curriculum planning for various domains/subjects, an online questionnaire survey will be conducted targeting teachers. The questionnaire is anonymous, and the content will be used solely for the project and will not be leaked. |
| 2. | Target audience for this questionnaire survey: |
| (1) | Teachers of all domains/subjects in elementary schools, junior high schools, general senior high schools, and specialized senior high schools. |
| (2) | Teachers of general subjects in vocational high schools and comprehensive high schools. |
| 3. | The online questionnaire survey can be accessed at https://naer.surveycake.biz/s/zwK2w. Among the completed questionnaires, 40 participants will be randomly selected to receive a 500 NTD electronic gift voucher (choice of five options) as a token of our appreciation. |
| 4. | The link to the online questionnaire and the QR code are attached. We kindly request that you inform teachers at your school to assist in completing the survey. The deadline for completion is November 6, 2023 (Monday). |
