| 1. | In accordance with the "Taoyuan City 112th Academic Year Student Art Competition Implementation Guidelines" and the "112th Academic Year National Student Art Competition Calligraphy Category Finals Taoyuan City On-site Writing Regulations" (received via Taoyuan Education and Lifelong Learning Bureau Letter No. 1120094383 dated September 19, 112), we will proceed with the arrangements. |
| 2. | The results of the aforementioned competition have been announced on the city's art competition website (http://art105.tyc.edu.tw) under the latest news section. |
| 3. | Selected students in the calligraphy category of this competition are required to participate in the on-site writing. The list is detailed in Attachment 1. Please ensure that your school informs the selected students to participate. Participants and accompanying personnel (up to 2 people) will be granted official (business) leave. Participants should bring the following documents to the on-site check-in on the day for submission and verification: |
| (1) | Taoyuan Card (student ID) or proof of enrollment with a photo. |
| (2) | Affidavit of participation status (as per Attachment 3), please fill it out in advance. |
| 4. | This event will be held on October 20, 112 (Friday) at 9:00 AM (check-in begins at 8:10 AM) at the following locations: |
| (1) | Southern District: To be held at Tzu-Chiang Junior High School (No. 80, Rongmin Rd., Zhongli Dist., Taoyuan City). |
| (2) | Northern District: To be held at Shou-Shan High School (No. 23, Datong Rd., Guishan Dist., Taoyuan City). |
| 5. | Attached are the competition writing regulations (including the process) for the aforementioned competition (as per Attachment 4). |
