Details:
1. In accordance with the letter from the Taoyuan City Government's Department of Government Ethics, dated October 13, 112 (2023), document number 1120006682.
2. The aforementioned election announcement was issued on September 12, 112 (2023). Applications for candidate registration will be accepted from November 20 to 24, 112 (2023), and the election voting will take place on January 13, 113 (2024). During the election period, all personnel of your esteemed schools/kindergartens shall strictly observe administrative neutrality in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Civil Service Administrative Neutrality Act (hereinafter referred to as the Neutrality Act).
3. In accordance with Articles 6 and 20 of the Civil Service Act, civil servants shall be diligent and prudent, and shall not utilize administrative resources unless necessary for their duties. Furthermore, Article 14, Paragraph 1 of the Neutrality Act stipulates that superiors shall not require civil servants to engage in acts prohibited by the Neutrality Act, in order to maintain the impartial image of administrative neutrality of government agencies.
4.
