| Subject: | To help students with limited resources but a strong desire to learn, our school has established the "Dream 100" scholarship program, offering full scholarships to students who wish to enroll in our school. As detailed below, we kindly request your assistance in promoting this program and recommending eligible students to benefit from it. |

| 1. | To assist students who excel academically, have a strong desire to learn, but lack resources, our school plans to support ten students annually. For junior and senior high school students, up to ten students will be supported each academic year, totaling one hundred students over ten years, with full scholarships covering tuition, accommodation, and transportation. |
| 2. | Recipients of this scholarship are expected to dedicate themselves to serving others, fulfilling their duties to the nation, contributing to society, and showing filial piety to their parents upon entering the workforce. They are also encouraged to actively give back to society when they are able. We welcome recommendations and promotional assistance from all schools. |
| 3. | Application Methods and Procedures |
| (1) | Recommendations can be made by principals, teachers, parents, community members, or students themselves. |
| (2) | Please mail the following documents to the "Dream 100" team at the Dean's Office of our school for processing (Recipient: "Dream 100" Team, No. 1110, Zhennan Rd., Douliu City, Yunlin County 640). |
| 1. | A completed recommendation form (see Attachment 1), which must be endorsed and stamped by the principal of the applicant's school. |
| 2. | An autobiography in both Chinese and English (see Attachment 2), academic transcripts for the past two years, and a homeroom teacher's recommendation letter. |
| (3) | Application Period: September 25, 2023, to May 1, 2024 (postmark date applies). |
| (4) | Our school will notify applicants in batches for written and oral examinations by May 23, 2024. |
| 4. | The details of the "Dream 100" scholarship program can be found in Attachment 3, and the details of the "Dream 100" scholarship program for recipients attending university can be found in Attachment 4. |
