| I. | In accordance with the letter from the Taoyuan City Government, No. 1120293685, dated October 23, 2023. |
| II. | In response to International Volunteer Day activities and to implement the United Nations' "Global Sustainable Development Goals" (SDGs), promote civic participation, and meet public needs, volunteer service units, volunteers, and non-profit organizations (NPOs) in our city are invited to participate in the aforementioned event to showcase the achievements of volunteers and NPOs in our city. |
| III. | Event information is as follows: |
| (1) | Event time: December 2, 2023 (Saturday), 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. |
| (2) | Event location: Taoyuan City Xinshi Park (Intersection of Zhongyuan Road and Yanping Road Section 1, Pingzhen District, Taoyuan City). |
| (3) | Participants: Competent authorities for volunteer services in various sectors, volunteer service units, volunteers, NPOs, and the general public in our city. |
| (4) | Event schedule: Please refer to the latest news on the Taoyuan City Volunteer Service Integration Information Platform (https://vspc.tycg.gov.tw/). |
| IV. | Information on registration for the "Vibrant Showcase" entry: Must have creative highlights and conform to the spirit of volunteer service. |
| (1) | Eligibility: A total of 10 volunteer teams from various categories in our city. |
| (2) | Registration period: From now until November 3, 2023 (Friday), 5:00 PM. |

| V. | The number of participants for the above event is limited.
