The Constitutional Court has scheduled an oral argument for March 12, 2024, concerning the "Case of the Prior Service Credit for Substitute Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools." We invite current substitute teachers or representatives of school teacher associations to express their opinions or provide arguments.

憲法法庭訂於113年3月12日進行「中小學代理教師職前年資提敘案」言詞辯論，請現職代理教師或學校教師會代表表達意見或提供論述。
說明：
一、「全國代理暨代課教師產業工會」（簡稱「代理教師工會」）係依工會法成立，為全國唯一以代理及代課教師為主要成員之教師工會。
二、憲法法庭於112年1月11日決議受理張○○就代理教師敘薪問題所提出之釋憲案，並訂於113年3月12日上午進行言詞辯論。
三、該會依憲法訴訟法第20條聲請提供專業意見（俗稱法庭之友意見書）供憲法法庭參考，為了解代理教師敘薪1國多制對現職代理教師的影響，若有相關意見請於112年12月20日前上網至https://reurl.cc/A0Lnpe填寫，該會彙整後將列入「法庭之友意見書」提供憲法法庭參考。
