| I. | In accordance with the letter from the Taoyuan City Scout Association dated November 7, 2023, No. 112077. |
| II. | Activity details are as follows: |
| (1) | Activity Time: |
| 1. | First Session: December 9 to 10, 2023 (Saturday to Sunday). |
| 2. | Second Session: December 16 to 17, 2023 (Saturday to Sunday). |
| (2) | Activity Location: Shimen Campsite. |
| (3) | Registration Deadline: From now until2023November 27 (Monday)inclusive. |
| (4) | Participants who complete the entire program will be granted 12 hours of training credit. |
| III. | For staff and supervising teachers, under the principle of self-managed coursework and no payment for substitute teaching hours, please allow them to register for official (business) leave. If the event falls on a holiday, compensatory leave can be taken within two years. |
