Gaorong Elementary School is organizing the '112 Academic Year Health Promotion School Project - 'Oral Hygiene' Issue Center School Creative Poster Production Competition Implementation Plan'.

| I. | In accordance with the implementation plan of the Oral Hygiene Issue Center School of this city's 112 academic year health promotion school plan. |
| II. | The purpose of this case is to combine students' artistic and cultural expertise, and through the creative poster design and production process, enhance students' awareness of oral hygiene issues and establish correct concepts for maintaining oral hygiene. |
| III. | The relevant information for this case is as follows: |
| (1) | Groups: Elementary school middle grades group, elementary school upper grades group, junior high school group. |
| (2) | Participating schools: All schools in the Oral Hygiene Inter-school Alliance must participate (one entry each for the elementary school middle grades group and upper grades group, for a total of two entries; two entries per school for the junior high school group). Other schools may participate voluntarily. |
| (3) | Awards for participating students: |
| 1. | First place (1 winner per group, 3 winners in total): 1 certificate and NT$2,000 in gift certificates. |
| 2. | Second place (2 winners per group, 6 winners in total): 1 certificate and NT$1,500 in gift certificates. |
| 3. | Third place (3 winners per group, 9 winners in total): 1 certificate and NT$1,000 in gift certificates. |
| 4. | Honorable Mention (several winners per group): 1 certificate awarded to each. |
| (4) | Awards for supervising teachers: First place: 2 commendations; Second place: 1 commendation; Third place: 1 certificate; Honorable Mention: 1 certificate. (Select one, award the best). |
| IV. | It is recommended that schools plan to carry out this project during their winter break homework. Those who wish to participate should submit their works (registered mail or in-person delivery; please use a hard paper tube for mailing, and do not fold the works to avoid damage) to the Student Affairs Office of Gaorong Elementary School (No. 1, Section 1, Gaoshang Road, Yangmei District, Taoyuan City) by Thursday, March 7, 113. |
