Regarding the "112th Health Promotion School and Health Unit Core Personnel Training - Online Seminar" commissioned by the Health Promotion Administration (HPA) of the Ministry of Health and Welfare (hereinafter referred to as HPA) and organized by Fu Jen Catholic University.

| I. | In accordance with the letter Ref. No. 1120152157A dated November 9, 112, from the Department of Secondary Education, Ministry of Education. |
| II. | To encourage local government health and education bureaus (departments) and school-based health promotion personnel to continue cross-agency collaboration in promoting healthy campuses, the Health Promotion Administration has commissioned Fu Jen Catholic University to organize the aforementioned online seminar. The theme is "Lifestyle-Oriented Health Promotion School Promotion Strategies" to enhance the integrated promotion of health promotion school strategies by core personnel involved in health promotion. |
| III. | The details of the event are as follows: |
| (1) | Date: November 27, 112 (Monday), from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. |
| (2) | Format: Online (maximum capacity of 600 participants). |
| (3) | Registration: Please complete the online registration form by November 22, 112 (Wednesday). Registration URL: https://forms.gle/F2gpwveB5gtjjwCS7. |
| (4) | Participants must complete the online check-in and check-out form on the day of the event. Training hours will be awarded only to those who participate for the entire duration. |
