| Instructions: |
| I. | Based on the Administration's letter dated November 16, 112, No. 1120161089, and National Taiwan Normal University's letter dated November 14, 112, No. 1121033201. |
| II. | In order to enable national and elementary school subject/curriculum teachers to understand the content of the overseas short-term study program and new knowledge in overseas teaching, the Administration has commissioned National Taiwan Normal University to organize the aforementioned experience sharing session. The relevant information is listed below: |
| (1) | Time: January 6, 113 (Saturday) from 8:45 AM to 5:10 PM. |
| (2) | Location: Conference Rooms 201 and 202, College of Education Building, Library Campus, National Taiwan Normal University (No. 129, Section 1, Heping East Road, Da'an District, Taipei City). |
| (3) | Participants: |
| 1. | National and elementary school subject/curriculum teachers invited to host or share in the 112 overseas short-term study program. |
| 2. | Teachers interested in bilingual teaching in subjects/curricula and overseas short-term study programs. |
| (4) | Format: National and elementary school subject/curriculum teachers participating in the 112 overseas short-term study program will share their overseas study experiences (including curriculum content, life and cultural learning, personal reflections and growth, etc.) and how they apply what they learned in their classroom teaching after returning to Taiwan. |
| (5) | Registration Information: |
| 1. | Registration Method: Online registration is required (Registration URL: https://forms.gle/7VkugFoPaUhkyyFg6). |
| 2. | Registration Period: From now until December 20, 112 (Wednesday) at 5:00 PM. |
| III. | Please encourage national and elementary school subject/curriculum teachers to actively register. In addition, please grant participating teachers official leave (business trip) registration, and provide make-up leave based on the actual hours of participation in the experience sharing session (class responsibilities are self-managed). If teachers still have classes on the day of the sharing session, please assist in arranging substitute teachers and relevant personnel. The expenses incurred shall be covered by the school's allocated budget from the 113 annual budget of the bureau's subordinate local education development fund under the personnel expenses item. If there is any shortfall, please apply for subsidies along with the bureau's personnel cost survey. Private schools shall handle this matter according to their own responsibilities. |
