| One, | In accordance with the "Taoyuan City Children and Adolescents Welfare and Rights Promotion Association's Establishment of Youth Representatives Implementation Plan." |
| Two, | The 5th Taoyuan City Youth Representatives are a team composed of passionate, ambitious, and actively vocal youth aged 12 to under 18, representing diverse groups in terms of age, gender, and ethnicity. Each term lasts for 2 years and is formed through selection. |
| Three, | To implement the rights of expression and participation in public policy for children and adolescents, the achievement presentation is planned by the 5th Taoyuan City Youth Representatives and empowerment specialists (former youth representatives). Through interactive games and challenges, participants will learn about the experiences of the youth representatives during their empowerment courses and meetings, their participation in public affairs, and the proposal content of the Children and Adolescents Welfare and Rights Promotion Association. Through the introduction of the Convention on the Rights of the Child, sharing of youth representative empowerment experiences, and exchange of experiences in participating in public affairs, we hope to broaden the public's horizons and enhance the diversity of thinking and issue attention. |

| (2) | Time: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Registration starts at 9:30 AM). |
| (3) | Location: Taoyuan City Youth Empowerment Development Center (No. 399, Wenhua Road, Zhongli District, Taoyuan City). |

| (5) | Registration Deadline: From now until December 6, 112 (Wednesday). |
| Five, | Meals will be provided for this event. Additionally, youth participants who attend the entire event will receive a 3-hour certificate for public affairs learning hours. We welcome youth, faculty, and organizations who care about youth issues to actively participate. |
