| Subject: | To inform you that the Ministry of Education has commissioned National Taiwan Normal University to organize the "Implementation Plan for the Future Competency Training Workshop for Legacy Teachers." Please encourage your affiliated teachers to register. For your reference. |
| Explanation: |
| I. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter dated November 20, 112 (2023), Ref: Tai Shi (San) Zi Di 1120113783. |
| II. | To continuously deepen teachers' professional knowledge and cultivate future-oriented capabilities, this workshop aims to enhance the professional development of legacy teachers, thereby improving their professional competence to meet future teaching challenges. Through this workshop, we aim to develop future competencies and exert influence. It also provides systematic support and guidance for newly appointed teachers. Therefore, the Ministry of Education has commissioned National Taiwan Normal University to organize the aforementioned training workshop. |
| III. | The target participants for this training workshop are legacy teachers from elementary, junior high, and senior high schools in all counties and cities across the country (priority will be given to full-time teachers with more than 5 years of teaching experience, who have excellent classroom management and teaching performance, and possess a passion for service, as well as those who are qualified as teaching mentors or advanced evaluation/professional feedback personnel, and members of the national education counseling group). |
| IV. | The information regarding the organization of this training workshop is as follows (please refer to the attachment): |
| (1) | Training Period: March to June, 113 (2024). |
| (2) | Training Locations: |
| 1. | T space Teacher Space (9F-1, No. 9, Section 2, Roosevelt Road, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City). |
| 2. | College of Education Building, Library Campus, National Taiwan Normal University (Address: No. 129, Section 1, Heping East Road, Da'an District, Taipei City). |
| (3) | Training Methods and Courses: Conducted as in-person workshops, divided into compulsory and elective courses: |
| 1. | Compulsory Courses: Foundational Course (6 hours per session, held over 2 days, total 12 hours), Social-Emotional Learning Foundational Course (6 hours per session, held over 3 days, total 18 hours), PBL X AI Course (6 hours per session, held over 4 days, total 24 hours). |
| 2. | Elective Courses: Social-Emotional Learning Advanced Course (6 hours per session, held over 2 days, total 12 hours). |
| V. | Registration Period and Method: |
| (1) | Registration Period: From now until Friday, December 22, 112 (2023). |
| (2) | Registration Method: Online registration (Form link: https://forms.gle/rNBzrX7PRhYd7NK26 ). |
| (3) | Notification of Admission Results: The Ministry of Education is expected to notify the bureau of the admission results by Wednesday, January 10, 113 (2024), which will then be forwarded to affiliated schools. National Taiwan Normal University will also simultaneously notify teachers of the admission results via email. |
