| Subject: | For your information, the Executive Yuan's Office of Human Rights and Transitional Justice will hold a "Transitional Justice Education Workshop" on November 29, 112 (2023). We encourage teachers in your school who are interested in this topic to actively register. Please be informed. |
| Explanation: |
| 1. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's letter dated November 22, 112 (2023), No. 1120158369. |
| 2. | The aforementioned workshop is co-organized by the Executive Yuan's Office of Human Rights and Transitional Justice and Soochow University's Fu Zhengmin Research Center. The center will assist in designing and planning four themes: "Transitional Representation," "Spatial Dialogue," "Diverse Media," and "Inter-agency Collaboration." Scholars and experts from relevant fields will be invited to share knowledge and experiences on using different art forms as media to open up diverse communication methods and dialogue spaces through lectures and discussions. Participants will include workers involved in transitional justice education and social communication nationwide for mutual observation, exchange, and collaborative learning. |
| 3. | The workshop information is summarized below (details can be found in the attached workshop guidelines): |
| (1) | Workshop Time: November 29, 112 (2023) (Wednesday), from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. |
| (2) | Workshop Location: National Chengchi University, College of Public Administration and Business Administration Education Center, Room A401CB (187, Jinhua Street, Da'an District, Taipei City). |
| 4. | Participants attending this workshop will be granted one day of official leave by their respective agencies (units) and schools. Those who complete the entire workshop will receive 6 hours of lifelong learning credit for civil servants or teacher professional development hours in "Transitional Justice," depending on their status.
