| (1) | Using the theme of the "Xin San Mei Movement" - greeting, gratitude, doing good deeds - select at least one item as the main content of the video, and conduct candid filming and interview recording of the members during the activity. |
| (2) | The video should be presented using a mixed editing of photos and videos. |
| 2. | Creative Group: |
| (1) | Using the theme of the "Xin San Mei Movement" - greeting, gratitude, doing good deeds - select at least one item as the main content of the video, and conduct original video filming. |
| (2) | The video content can be presented in diverse forms such as short plays, commercials, crosstalk, song MVs, etc. |
| (2) | Submission Guidelines: |
| 1. | The video length (including opening and closing credits) should be between 2 minutes and 30 seconds to 3 minutes and 30 seconds. The video format should be a file format supported for uploading to YouTube (e.g., .MOV, .MPEG4, .MP4, .AVI, .WMV, etc.). |
| 2. | Each submitted work can have a maximum of 3 main authors. Please fill out the "Xin San Mei Model Selection Activity Registration Form," "Copyright Free Authorization Consent Form," and "Submission Authorization Commitment Letter" (as attached in the implementation plan, appendices I, II, and III). Mail (or deliver) the forms along with the video CD to the Dean's Office of Huilong Junior High School (Address: No. 168, Section 1, Wanshou Road, Guishan District, Taoyuan City 333). | (3) | Submission Deadline: From now until January 26, 2024 (Friday) (postmark date is the criterion). |
| (4) | Awards and Recognition: |
| 1. | For authors who are faculty and staff of senior high schools and below in Taoyuan City, or personnel of the Education Bureau and its affiliated agencies, 0.1 points for research and publications will be awarded in accordance with the "Review Standards for Research and Publication Points for Educational Personnel in Senior High Schools and Below in Taoyuan City" (if a selected work is a collaboration, the points will be divided equally among the authors). |
| 2. | Awards for "Excellent" and "Outstanding" works are as follows: |
| (1) | For authors who are faculty and staff of public junior high schools, elementary schools, and kindergartens in Taoyuan City, one commendation will be awarded in accordance with the "Regulations for Performance Evaluation of Principals in Public Senior High Schools and Below," "Regulations for Performance Evaluation of Teachers in Public Senior High Schools and Below," and "Regulations for Awards and Punishments for Faculty and Staff of Public Junior High Schools, Elementary Schools, and Kindergartens in Taoyuan City." |
| (2) | For authors who are students or not faculty and staff of public junior high schools, elementary schools, and kindergartens in Taoyuan City, one certificate of commendation will be issued by the Bureau. |
| (3) | The Bureau will issue a gift certificate of NT$5,000 for each "Excellent" work and NT$3,000 for each "Outstanding" work. |
| 3. | For "Honorable Mention" works, one certificate of commendation will be issued by the Bureau to each author. |
