| Subject: | Regarding the 113th Joint Oath-Taking Camp Activity organized by the Taoyuan City Girl Scout Association, please encourage your subordinates to actively register and participate. Please be informed. |
| Explanation: |
| I. | In accordance with the Taoyuan City Girl Scout Association's letter dated December 1, 112 (2023), document number 1120036. |
| II. | Activity details are as follows: |
| (1) | Activity time: January 5-6, 113 (2024) (Saturday and Sunday). |
| (2) | Activity location: Shimen Campground. |
| (3) | Registration deadline: From now until December 15, 112 (2023) (Friday). |
| (4) | Participants who complete the entire activity will be awarded 16 hours of training credit. |
| III. | During the activity, staff and leaders will be granted official (business) leave. This is based on the principle that they will cover their own teaching responsibilities and will not receive substitute teacher fees. If the activity falls on a holiday, compensatory leave can be taken within two years. |
