| 1. | This bureau has planned to hold 3 joint observation and discussion classes for junior high bilingual schools in the first semester of the 112 academic year. The bilingual innovation schools and pilot bilingual innovation schools in this city will take the lead in conducting these joint observation and discussion classes. The relevant content and information are as follows: |
| (1) | Time and Location: |
| 1. | December 21, 112 (Thursday) from 1:30 PM to 3:55 PM, at Dayuan Junior High School. |
| 2. | December 28, 112 (Thursday) from 1:20 PM to 3:45 PM, at Wenchang Junior High School. |
| 3. | January 2, 113 (Tuesday) from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM, at Qingpu Junior High School. |
| (2) | To expand the effectiveness of bilingual teaching observation in this city, enhance the bilingual teaching capacity of each school, and refine teaching quality, the participants of this joint observation and discussion class include: |
| 1. | Local and foreign teachers giving lectures in this joint observation and discussion class. |
| 2. | Teachers from the highlight bilingual curriculum schools in this city. |
| 3. | Administrative teachers supporting the joint observation and discussion class. |
| 4. | Teachers participating in the 112 academic year junior high school bilingual co-teaching three-stage training program in this city. |
| 5. | Administrative personnel and teachers interested in bilingual teaching from schools under this city's jurisdiction who are willing to engage in bilingual teaching. |
| (3) | Highlight bilingual curriculum schools in this city are requested to send at least 2 representatives to participate in the joint observation and discussion class according to the district division table. Participation across districts is also allowed. However, please recommend teachers who match the teaching subjects of the sessions, and encourage other schools to participate freely and recommend their teachers to attend, in order to effectively enhance bilingual teaching effectiveness. |
| 2. | Please grant participants official leave for attendance and arrange for class coverage. Any expenses incurred for class coverage shall be paid from the budget for part-time personnel salaries under the 112 academic year personnel expenses. |
| 3. | Teachers participating in the joint observation and discussion class are requested to register through the training system (refer to the attached plan for the training code).
