| Subject: | This center is organizing the "2023 Taoyuan City Teacher Empowerment Workshop - Xibai Traverse Hiking Workshop (Rescheduled)", and all teachers are welcome to participate. |

| 1. | In accordance with the "Ministry of Education subsidy for outdoor education and marine education plan" general plan - plan one; |
| 2. | The workshop information is as follows: |
| (1) | Workshop time: December 28, 2023 (Thursday) from 07:00 to 17:00 (estimated end time); |
| (2) | Workshop location: Xizhou Mountain Area, Taoyuan City; |
| (3) | Workshop capacity: 20 people, with 5 alternate spots; |
| (4) | Registration period: From December 17, 2023, 12:00 PM to December 24, 2023, 12:00 PM. Participants will be accepted in order of registration, and the registration may close early if capacity is reached; |

| 3. | Notes: |
| (1) | This workshop is an outdoor hiking activity with an approximate walking distance of 10 kilometers. It is recommended that participants have prior hiking experience. The center will consider hiking experience when selecting participants; |
| (2) | Participants are not allowed to travel to the trailhead on their own for this workshop. Please be aware of this before registering; |
| (3) | After being accepted into the workshop, participants must watch a video explaining the route beforehand to be eligible to attend the workshop; |
| (4) | Please participate fully during the outdoor activity. If you need to leave early, you must sign a waiver before departing from the group; |
| 4. | Please inform your staff. All are welcome to register and participate. Participants in this event may be granted official (business) leave by their respective schools under the principle of self-managed class affairs, in accordance with their authority; |
| 5. | The insurance for this workshop activity is limited to public employee insurance. If you require additional insurance, please arrange it yourself; |
