| Subject: | To inform that National Taiwan Normal University is implementing the "National and Pre-school Education Curriculum Promotion Project - Curriculum and Instruction Guidance Group - Human Rights Education Issue Guidance Group Implementation Plan" for the 112 academic year, organized by the Ministry of Education's National and Pre-school Education Administration (hereinafter referred to as the "National Education Administration"). The event is "2023 World Human Rights Day - War and Human Rights." We cordially invite teachers from national and elementary/junior high schools in our city to promote and use the human rights education teaching material package. Details are as follows. | 1. | Based on the official letter from National Taiwan Normal University dated November 7, 112 (No. 1121032081) and the "2023 World Human Rights Day Implementation Plan." |
| 2. | Implemented in accordance with the "2023 World Human Rights Day Implementation Plan." |
| 3. | Activity Objectives: |
| (1) | To enhance the emphasis and practice of human rights education issues in various counties and cities. |
| (2) | To promote cooperation between the central and local guidance networks. |
| (3) | To implement human rights education curriculum and teaching activities on campus, and to enhance students' civic action capabilities. |
| 4. | Implementation Methods: |
| (1) | Download Teaching Material Package: The central guidance group will pre-produce a "2023 World Human Rights Day - War and Human Rights" micro-teaching package and upload it to the CIRN platform (https://cirn.moe.edu.tw/Module/index.aspx?sid=1126). We invite teachers from all national and elementary/junior high schools in our city to promote and use the 112 academic year human rights education teaching material package. |
| (2) | Upload Results: Teachers who complete the promotion of the human rights education teaching material package and upload their results by January 19, 113, will receive a 2023 Human Rights Education promotional item. |
| (3) | Fill out the Authorization Form: For relevant results and records (including photos, videos, CDs, DVDs, etc.) that are to be provided to the Human Rights Education Issue Guidance Group, teachers who respond to this activity and upload student photos, videos, or works (learning sheets, flashcards, etc.) to the online platform (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1aUHvmZaxrrMEfQyefEepiisTKkEqHXhQ?usp=sharing) must first have the students' parents fill out the "Authorization Agreement for the Use of Works and Images." Please refer to the attached "2023 World Human Rights Day Implementation Plan." |
| 5. | It is recommended that schools organize teachers and students to conduct advocacy actions during the week of World Human Rights Day on December 10, 112. Provide a platform for student achievement display, such as a TV wall, bulletin board, or website, and issue press releases to invite media coverage. |
