| Subject: | To inform you that the National Academy for Educational Research has been commissioned by the Ministry of Education's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education to organize the "113th Academic Year Teaching Base Schools Winter Break Joint Lesson Preparation Workshop for Teachers of All Subjects." We encourage teachers from your school to actively participate and grant them official leave for attendance. Details are as follows. Please acknowledge receipt. |

| 1. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's letter dated December 15, 112, Ref: Tai Jiao Guo Shu Guo Zi No. 1120175720. |
| 2. | To develop effective teaching strategies and practices, establish effective teaching bases, and enhance teacher quality and training effectiveness, the aforementioned workshop is being organized. |
| 3. | The workshop schedule is attached. Relevant information is listed below: |
| (1) | Time: January 31 (Wednesday) to February 2 (Friday), 113th Academic Year, from 8:30 AM to 8:20 PM, for a total of 3 days, held at the Sanxia Main Campus of the National Academy for Educational Research. |
| (2) | Target Audience: Priority will be given to teachers of all subjects participating in the teaching base schools. |
| (3) | Accommodation is provided at the Sanxia Main Campus. Eligible for accommodation are lecturers participating in this workshop, and participants from areas outside of Taipei, New Taipei City, Keelung, and Taoyuan (Gueishan and Bade). |
| (4) | Travel expense subsidies are available for lecturers (requires a copy of ID card, copy of bank passbook, proof of ticket purchase, or ticket stubs). |
| (5) | Those who wish to register for the workshop, please register online before January 22 (Monday), 113th Academic Year (URL: https://workshop.naer.edu.tw/NAWeb/Services/wFrmEnrol.aspx). |
| (6) | In response to environmental protection policies, participants are requested to bring their own reusable cups. |
