Competency-Oriented Classroom Assessment Resource Development and Promotion Project

Subject: Regarding the second phase of the "Literacy-Oriented Classroom Assessment Resource Development and Promotion Project" hands-on workshop for the 112th academic year, organized by the Research, Development and Evaluation Commission of National Taiwan Normal University, specifically for the elementary and junior high social studies sessions. We request your school to assist in announcing and notifying teachers to register and participate. Please be informed.
Details:  
1. In accordance with the official letter from the Research, Development and Evaluation Commission of National Taiwan Normal University, dated December 13, 112 (NTNU-RC-1121036349).
2. Information regarding the aforementioned project is as follows:
(1) Dates of the workshop:
1. January 26, 113 (Friday): Elementary Social Studies, Junior High Geography.
2. March 20, 113 (Wednesday): Junior High History, Junior High Civics and Society.
(2) Target Grades and Subjects: Elementary and Junior High Social Studies.
(3) Participants: Elementary Social Studies, Junior High Geography, Junior High History, Junior High Civics and Society. All elementary and junior high school teachers, teacher education students, and other school staff nationwide who are interested are welcome to register. If the number of registrants for a session exceeds the limit, admission will be based on a predetermined principle.
(4) Registration Method:
1. In-service teachers should register on the National In-service Teacher Training Network (Website: https://inservice.edu.tw). Registration for Elementary Social Studies and Junior High Geography sessions opens from December 11, 112 (Monday) to January 7, 113 (Sunday). Registration for Junior High History and Junior High Civics and Society sessions opens from December 11, 112 (Monday) to March 3, 113 (Sunday). Cancellations are accepted up to 7 working days before each session. Course codes are provided in Attachment 2.
2. Non-in-service teachers (or those who do not require training hours) and teacher education students can register via the online form during the registration period. Registration form link: https://forms.gle/HPqfxutrfRVAPPgx8.
(5) Location: Pu Da Building, National Taiwan Normal University Main Campus (No. 162, Section 1, Heping East Road, Taipei City).
(6) Training Hours: Participants who complete the second phase of this workshop will receive 6 hours of training credit. Non-in-service teachers will not receive training hours. For those who do not complete the entire workshop, training hours will be awarded based on actual attendance (the Research, Development and Evaluation Commission has the final say on the awarding of training hours).
(7) Other:
1. This workshop is free of charge and includes lunch. However, participants are responsible for their own transportation and accommodation.
2. Pre-workshop notifications or event changes will be sent via email 7 working days prior to each session. Participants are advised to check their email closely.
