The Taiwan Fund for Children and Families (TFCF) invites you to complete the TFCF [Survey on Children and Adolescents' Internet Usage Experience] questionnaire.

| I. | The Taiwan Fund for Children and Families (TFCF) is conducting this survey to understand the experiences of children and adolescents in Taiwan with online scams. We hope to learn about the impact of online fraud on young people through their shared experiences. |
| II. | This survey uses an online electronic questionnaire and invites students from all levels, aged 9 to under 18, to participate. We kindly request your school's assistance in disseminating this information. The survey period is from December 15, 2024 (Friday) to January 20, 2025 (Saturday). The survey URL is: https://www.surveycake.com/s/xb8q0. Please refer to the attachment for the survey QR code. |
