| 1. | Short Film Content: The content should focus on bilingual teaching of subjects learned in junior high (grades 7-9) and senior high (grades 10-12) school textbooks. The scope can be a small unit or task for instructional design, presented in both Chinese and English, so that viewers can understand the concepts conveyed in that unit or task. |
| 2. | Short Film Length: Categories are divided into "Micro-film Group" (3-5 minutes) and "Short Film Group" (10-15 minutes). |
| 3. | Registration and Submission Method: Online registration is required, and participants must register before submitting their work. |
| 4. | Registration Deadline: From January 15, 2024 (Monday) to March 18, 2024 (Monday) at 5:00 PM. |
| 5. | Submission Deadline: From January 15, 2024 (Monday) to April 15, 2024 (Monday) at 5:00 PM. |
| 6. | Activity Awards: The "Micro-film Group" and "Short Film Group" will each offer one Gold, Silver, and Bronze award, and three Honorable Mentions, totaling 12 awards across both groups. Gold Award: NT$10,000; Silver Award: NT$8,000; Bronze Award: NT$6,000; Honorable Mention: NT$2,000. In addition to prize money, a certificate will be awarded. |
