| 1. | In accordance with the letter from the Ministry of Education's National and Preschool Education Administration, No. 1120185917, dated January 3, 113 (2024). |
| 2. | The "23rd World Orchid Conference and 20th Taiwan International Orchid Exhibition" will be held from February 24 to March 10, 113 (2024). The event, themed "Dancing Orchids, Worldly Wonders," invites everyone to explore the vibrant world of orchids. Your participation is highly encouraged. |
| 3. | The event will take place in two venues. The exhibition locations and opening hours are as follows: |
| (1) | 23rd World Orchid Conference: Grand Tainan Exhibition Center (No. 3, Guigui Shi'er Rd., Guiren Dist., Tainan City); Opening hours: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. |
| (2) | 20th Taiwan International Orchid Exhibition: Orchid Garden Area, Agricultural Science Park Management Center, Ministry of Agriculture (No. 325, Wushulin, Changan Village, Houbi Dist., Tainan City); Opening hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. |
| 4. | To encourage student participation and enhance their knowledge of orchids, discounted field trip tickets are available on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Present an official school document for off-campus observation at the on-site ticket booth to purchase tickets (for student groups of 20 or more) at NT$20 per person. This offer is valid for senior high schools, vocational high schools, junior high schools, elementary schools, and kindergartens nationwide. Additionally, accompanying teachers who meet the following criteria will receive free admission: |
| (1) | Kindergarten (Nursery class): For student groups of 8 or more, 1 accompanying teacher receives free admission. |
| (2) | Kindergarten (K1-K3): For student groups of 15 or more, 1 accompanying teacher receives free admission. |
| (3) | Senior high schools, vocational high schools, junior high schools, and elementary schools: For student groups of 20 or more, 1 accompanying teacher receives free admission. |
