The National Taiwan Normal University is organizing the "112 Academic Year Health Promotion School Counseling Program Teacher Professional Development Workshop".

Description:  
I. In accordance with the letter from the Department of Secondary Education, Ministry of Education, dated January 9, 113 (2024), Ref. No. 1130002917.
II. The aforementioned workshop aims to assist teachers in health education-related fields in their professional development, strengthen the implementation of school-based mental and physical health curriculum and instruction, and enhance the health literacy and health behaviors of students in senior high schools and below.
III. Details of the workshop plan are as follows (Northern Region Session):
(1) Time: February 5, 113 (2024) (Monday)
(2) Location: International Conference Hall, B1, National Taiwan Normal University Library (No. 129, Section 1, Heping East Road, Da'an District, Taipei City).
(3) Participants:
1. Personnel in charge of the thematic centers and seed schools for Health Promotion Schools.
2. Each Health Promotion School thematic center and seed school may send 1-2 teachers of "Health Education" or "Health and Nursing."
3. Teachers from the Health and Physical Education Learning Area of the National Education Guidance Group (including Health Education seed teachers).
4. Teachers in senior high schools and below who teach "Health Education" or "Health and Nursing" courses but do not specialize in health education.
5. Other teachers of any subject interested in the workshop topic.
(4) Registration Method: Please register by 5:30 PM on January 29, 113 (2024) at https://forms.gle/eQZhM2EuDawREkgXA.
IV. Attendees will be granted official leave for attending the event and arrangements for class coverage will be made. Those who complete the entire workshop will receive 6 hours of teacher professional development credit (for in-person attendees only).
V. Due to venue limitations, each session is limited to 110 participants. The workshop will be live-streamed via Google Meet (URL: https://meet.google.com/bbx-bycr-xmk) on the day of the event. Relevant personnel who cannot attend in person are welcome to join online (online participation does not require registration).
