2024 Winter Break "Cross-Border Transfer Student Education" Workshop

| Subject: | To inform you about the "Cross-border Transfer Student Education" administrative knowledge and teacher training workshop for the 113th winter vacation, commissioned by the National Kaohsiung Normal University on behalf of the Ministry of Education's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Please acknowledge receipt. |
| Details: |
| I. | In accordance with the letter from the Ministry of Education's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, Ref. No. 1130003397, dated January 11, 113. |
| II. | The details of the aforementioned workshop are as follows: |
| (1) | Time: January 23 (Tuesday) to January 24 (Wednesday), 113, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily, for a total of 2 days. The course will be conducted online via video conferencing. |
| (2) | Registration Period and Method: |
| 1. | Registration Period: From now until January 22, 113. |
| 2. | Teachers, please register directly on the "In-service Teacher Training Network" (Website: https://www3.inservice.edu.tw/). If the In-service Teacher Training Network is full or registration is unsuccessful, and you subsequently register via Google Forms, your training hours certificate can only be issued by the project team. The workshop codes are as follows: |
| (1) | Full-stage Workshop: 4192671. |
| (2) | Advanced Workshop: 4192670. |
| 3. | Non-teachers, please fill out the registration information via Google Forms: https://forms.gle/rfcKHQ62CheKKGtk8. |
| (3) | Participants: |
| 1. | Full-stage (including introductory and advanced) Administrative Knowledge and Teacher Training (hereinafter referred to as "Full-stage Workshop"): |
| (1) | Administrative staff or teachers in senior secondary schools and below. |
| (2) | Substitute and temporary teachers with a valid teacher's certificate. |
| (3) | Chinese language teachers who hold a "Ministry of Education Certificate of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language" or have participated in Chinese language teacher training and have teaching experience. |
| (4) | A total of 150 spots available, on a first-come, first-served basis. |
| 2. | Advanced Administrative Knowledge and Teacher Training (hereinafter referred to as "Advanced Workshop"): |
| (1) | Administrative staff or teachers in senior secondary schools and below who have completed the introductory training. |
| (2) | A total of 80 spots available, on a first-come, first-served basis (this advanced session is the last one to be held). |
| III. | This bureau approves that school personnel attending the workshop may be granted official leave with pay, with the school's consent. |
