| I. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. 1130004457A dated January 17, 113. |
| II. | To prevent harm to animals and build a society that is friendly to animals, in accordance with Articles 14-1, 14-2, and 30 of the Animal Protection Act, the use of animal traps to capture animals is prohibited. Furthermore, no person shall manufacture, sell, display, or import/export animal traps. Violators will be fined NT$15,000 to NT$75,000. |
