For your information, regarding the "2024 New Taipei City Youth Legal Knowledge and Integrity Morality Teaching Material Creative Lesson Plan Selection Activity."
Explanation:
1. In accordance with the "Letter No. 1130093038" issued by the New Taipei City Government on January 18, 2024.
2. The New Taipei City Government's Department of Government Ethics compiled a written textbook titled "Arriving in Another World, I Discovered the Law is More Powerful Than Magic" for junior high school students in 2023, and also produced short videos and a legal knowledge quiz bank. In recent years, the age of juvenile delinquency has been declining, and the types of crimes are increasing. To strengthen legal education and encourage teachers nationwide to make good use of the aforementioned teaching resources, a creative lesson plan selection activity will be held in 2024 to encourage teachers to use innovative teaching methods to deepen students' understanding of the rule of law, integrity, and correct values in their daily lives.
3. The rules for this lesson plan selection are as follows:
(1) Eligibility:
1. Current teachers (including part-time, substitute, and intern teachers) teaching in public and private junior high schools and full-term high schools nationwide.
2. Graduate students in education-related fields, teacher trainees, etc., with practical teaching experience.
3. Non-school-based experimental education groups and institutions approved by the municipal or county governments.
4. Teams participating in the competition (teams can be formed across schools) shall consist of no more than 3 members (including 3). A representative must be designated to serve as the contact person and fill out the information.
5. Participants shall not impersonate others. One person can register as an individual and as part of a team. Each person or team can submit 1 to 2 thematic chapters. Each submitted work must be accompanied by separate submission documents. If a participant enters both as an individual and as part of a team, the total number of submissions by that individual shall not exceed 2 thematic chapters. Each submitted work must be accompanied by separate submission documents.
(2) Competition Teaching Resources: Teaching plans must be designed using the following teaching resources (the textbook is mandatory; short videos and the legal knowledge quiz bank are optional). Please download and use them:
