I. Employment Period and Salary Payment Method:
(1) The employment period for the assistant is from February 23, 2024, to June 30, 2024 (no service required during winter and summer breaks, no salary, no year-end bonus, no severance pay). The probationary period is one month. During the probationary period, if the employee is found to be incompetent, unable to perform duties, or violates the contract, they will be dismissed.
(2) Salary is paid hourly during the employment period. Working hours at school are from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with an hourly wage of NT$183 (adjusted according to Taoyuan City Bureau of Education regulations). Daily work is limited to 4 hours, with flexible adjustment of start and end times as needed.
(3) During the employment period, labor insurance, national health insurance, and pension contributions must be made in accordance with the Labor Pension Act. However, the provisions of the Civil Service Act, Salary Act, Performance Evaluation Act, and Retirement Act do not apply, and no objections will be accepted. The agency's contribution portion will be subsidized based on the actual insured amount, and the individual's contribution will be borne by the individual.

III. Application Deadline and Method: Submit the application form (as attached in Appendix I and II of the brochure) in person to the School Counseling Office before 4:00 PM on February 21, 2024 (Wednesday). Please also provide one original and one copy of your supporting documents for qualification review. (In-person application is required).

IV. Selection Date: Report at 8:45 AM on February 22, 2024 (Thursday) at the School Counseling Office. The selection process will begin at 9:00 AM. Candidates who are more than 10 minutes late will be disqualified from the selection process.
