| Subject: | Regarding the registration of official (duty) leave for participants of the 113th "International Scout Exchange Activity" organized by the Taoyuan City Scout Association, please be informed. |

| 1. | In accordance with the letter from the Taoyuan City Scout Association dated February 27, 113 (113 Taoyuan Scout Li Zi No. 113013). |
| 2. | The activity details are as follows: |
| (1) | Activity time: March 29 to March 31, 113 (Friday to Sunday). |
| (2) | Activity location: Shimen Campsite. |
| (3) | Participants who complete the entire activity will be granted 15 hours of training credit. |
| 3. | For staff and supervising teachers, under the principle of self-managed class responsibilities and no payment for substitute teacher hourly fees, please approve their official (duty) leave registration. If the activity falls on a holiday, compensatory leave can be taken within 2 years based on actual attendance. For students, please approve their official leave registration according to your school's authority. |
