| 1. | To encourage teachers, parents, and students to unleash their oral creativity and stimulate their potential for learning, expression, and performance in oral arts, this competition is specially organized. |
| 2. | Details regarding the competition registration dates and other related matters are as follows: |
| (1) | Registration Period: From now until March 26, 113 (Tuesday). |
| (2) | Competition Date: April 13, 113 (Saturday). |
| (3) | Competition Venue: Xingguo Elementary School, Zhongli District, Taoyuan City (No. 62, Section 2, Yuanhua Road, Zhongli District, Taoyuan City). |
| (4) | Participants: Students from public and private elementary, junior high, and high schools in this city, as well as currently enrolled students above high school and non-enrolled citizens of Taoyuan City. |
