The new student registration and testing process consists of a total of two steps to complete the relevant procedures:
Step 1: Online Registration
From April 15th (Mon) to April 20th (Sat) before 12:00 AM, please access the city's new student registration system to complete the registration process.(Please refer to Attachment 3 for operation instructions)

Step 2: In-person Submission of Documents and Testing
On April 21st (Sun) from 8:30 AM, please come to our school to submit new student-related documents and participate in the regular class placement test on the same day. Please arrive on time for the procedures.
Time: 8:30 AM
Location: Heping Building
(Report to your assigned class according to the new student registration notice [Note]; if you have not received the notice, please report to the temporary registration desk. Please refer to Attachment 7 for the new student registration location map.)

Items to bring on April 21st (Sun):
(1) Photocopy of the household registration transcript of our school's district
(2) Attachment 4: Survey of Academic Affairs Office Activities and Student Cards (Parents need to sign)
(3) Attachment 5: New Student Basic Information Form
(4) Bring testing supplies (2B pencil, eraser)

Schedule for April 21st (Sun):
(1) 08:30-08:50 New student registration and document submission
(2) 09:00-09:40 Elementary school Chinese and English testing (During the student testing time from 9:00 to 10:30, parents are requested to wait in the conference room on the 3rd floor of the Ren'ai Building.)
(3) 09:50-10:30 Elementary school Math testing
(4) 10:30~ Dismissal

Other important notes:
(1) The new student registration notice is scheduled to be mailed to elementary schools starting from March 18, 113. Please have the elementary school's registration office assist in forwarding it.

(2) New students in our school's sports, art, or special education classes are exempt from online registration. Please follow the date for in-person registration as notified in the prospectus or by the responsible section chief.

(3) If you wish to transfer to another school due to personal reasons, please fill out the admission waiver reply form (Attachment 1) on the new student registration notice and submit it in person, by mail, or by fax (03-3326107) to our school's Academic Affairs Office before May 14th. Otherwise, the student will be reported to the compulsory education system as a non-enrolled student.

(4) For low-income or middle-low-income households, please submit the original proof of documentation during registration.

(5) Our school's district includes: Wenhua Village, Wenchang Village, Wenming Village, Zhongxing Village, Yongxing Village, Guangxing Village, Ximen Village, Xihu Village, Changmei Village, Nanhua Village, Zhongcheng Village (neighborhoods 13-19), Zhonghe Village (neighborhoods 1-4, 6, 8, 10), Yushan Village (neighborhoods 1, 4-24, 26), Yongan Village (neighborhoods 1-7, 10-12, 14-16, 20-26), Wuling Village (neighborhoods 4 [west of Minzu Road Bridge]), Nanmen Village (neighborhoods 10-19, 21-22, 24-27), Taishan Village (neighborhoods 2-18, 20).

(6) Our school will conduct the regular class placement and homeroom teacher assignment for the 113 academic year in mid-July 113. New student parents are welcome to attend. The list will also be posted on our school's website for inquiry in the afternoon if you are unable to attend.

(7) On August 11th (Sun) from 9 AM to 2 PM, our school will provide uniform fitting and purchase services. Payment and collection can be made on-site (approximately NT$4,500). Parents of students who need uniforms can purchase them during the specified time.

(8) Students who passed the initial giftedness assessment must fill out the form below and upload the notification of passing the initial assessment between April 1st and April 10th. Our school plans to hold gifted bridging courses on April 13th, April 14th, and April 20th. All courses will be taught by gifted class teachers, offering high value.
