To inform you about the Ministry of Education's recruitment of 2 seconded teachers for the 113 academic year to handle affairs related to arts education, pre-service teacher education, and other related matters.
Details:
1. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. Tai Jiao Shi (4) Zi Di 1132600620, dated March 7, 113.
2. The Ministry of Education, in order to handle affairs related to arts education and pre-service teacher education, plans to second 2 outstanding teachers from national senior high schools and public schools in municipalities and counties (cities) to the Ministry for the 113 academic year to undertake administrative work. The details are as follows:
(1) Teacher qualifications:
1. Full-time teachers with formal qualifications and established positions in public senior high schools and below (excluding remote, outlying islands, indigenous areas, and small-scale schools).
(Small-scale schools refer to schools with a total of 12 classes or fewer.)
2. Must have at least 3 years of teaching experience, and possess relevant educational administration knowledge, professional and practical experience in education. Priority will be given to those with educational administration experience and those who have participated in or organized arts education or teacher training related work.
3. Must have enthusiasm for teaching and administrative work, and be diligent and responsible.
4. Must be proficient in operating Office computer software.
5. Must not have received any criminal, disciplinary, or administrative penalties.
(2) The secondment period is from August 1, 113, to July 31, 114. Performance may lead to contract renewal. The maximum period is 2 years. If there is a need to extend the secondment period, each extension shall not exceed 1 year, and the total secondment period shall not exceed 8 years.
(3) Service location: Department of Teacher Education and Arts Education, Ministry of Education (12th Floor, No. 5, Xuzhou Road, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City).
(4) Number of secondments: 1 for Arts Education Division, 1 for Pre-service Teacher Education Division.
(5) Responsibilities:
1. Arts Education Division
(1) Planning, promotion, and supervision of the central guidance group for gifted and talented arts programs.
(2) Planning and organizing international competitions for students in senior high school arts gifted programs and international master lectures.
(3) Planning and promotion of programs to encourage international exchange and visits for teachers.
(4) Planning and organizing matters related to the identification, guidance, placement of gifted students in arts in schools under its jurisdiction, and individualized education plans (IGP) for students.
(5) Research and development of competency-oriented international teaching materials and teacher training programs for music and arts gifted classes in the fifth learning stage.
(6) Planning and promotion of the talent cultivation subgroup meetings of the Arts Education Promotion Committee.
(7) Other assigned tasks.
2. Pre-service Teacher Education Division
(1) Review and approval of applications from vocational and technical colleges and universities for the training of kindergarten childcare personnel (including qualifications for childcare personnel and assistant childcare personnel, establishment and withdrawal of departments, quotas for childcare personnel, curriculum, and teacher qualifications). (Southern and Eastern Regions)
(2) Subsidy for continuing education credits for childcare personnel (lead responsibility).
(3) Planning and implementation of post-baccalaureate bilingual programs.
(4) Planning, promotion, and supervision of professional education courses (19 topics).
(5) Other assigned tasks.
(6) All other matters shall be handled in accordance with the attached operational principles and relevant regulations.
